Reese's Cowboy Quilt

This was the first Fautin kid quilt I made. Reese is a cowboy, he has been a cowboy since the day he was born.

This panel of fabric had the cool running horses border, and it worked out just right in the bars around the pictures. I can't remember when I made this quilt, it was sometime between 2000 and 2005, so it is pretty cool to me that he still has it on his bed!

Oh the basic pattern is a rail fence/apple bar and nine square. Two of my favorite blocks to make!
